National Sales Manager – US (Hybrid)

Role Overview
Reversomatic is seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Manager to spearhead our expansion within the United States market. This pivotal role focuses on driving revenue growth for our industry-leading Heat Recovery Ventilator (HRV) and Fan Coil Unit (FCU) product lines. As a key leader, you will be responsible for developing national sales strategies, managing distribution channels, and building high-level relationships with mechanical contractors, engineers, and developers to establish Reversomatic as the preferred ventilation partner in the US.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Market Expansion: Develop and execute a comprehensive national sales plan to increase market share for HRV and FCU products across US territories.
* Channel Management: Identify, recruit, and manage a high-performing network of manufacturer representatives and distributors to ensure broad market coverage and premium service levels.
* Technical Sales Advocacy: Collaborate with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) engineering firms and architects to specify Reversomatic products into large-scale residential and commercial projects.
* Performance Leadership: Set and monitor sales targets, provide accurate forecasting, and lead nationwide sales initiatives to meet or exceed corporate growth objectives.
* Relationship Building: Serve as the primary point of contact for key national accounts, negotiating high-value contracts and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.
* Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes (such as energy codes and ASHRAE standards) to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
* Experience: 7+ years of experience in HVAC sales, with at least 3 years in a regional or national sales leadership role.
* Product Knowledge: Deep technical understanding of ventilation systems, specifically HRV/ERV technologies and Fan Coil Units.
* Network: Proven track record of established relationships within the US HVAC distribution and engineering communities.
* Skills: Exceptional negotiation, strategic planning, and communication skills. Ability to translate technical specifications into compelling value propositions.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
* Travel: Ability to travel nationally as required to meet with clients and support regional teams.
