Business Development Manager – Western Canada
Location: Based in Stoney Creek, Ontario (with responsibility for Western Canada)
Travel: Approximately 30%
Compensation: Competitive base salary + commission
Our client, a leading Canadian manufacturer of premium luxury radiant patio heaters, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth across Western Canada.
As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our direct-to-client sales in Western Canada by identifying and securing new business opportunities with hospitality venues, restaurants, hotels, resorts, casinos, entertainment facilities, and other commercial outdoor spaces. You will promote our high-end product line — including EvenGLO, evenTube, Habanero, eWave, and Swave — known for superior performance, sleek design, energy efficiency, and durability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop new client relationships across Western Canada through direct outreach, networking, and targeted sales activities
- Present and demonstrate IR Energy’s luxury radiant heating solutions to decision-makers
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Develop and execute regional growth strategies for the Western Canadian market
- Collaborate closely with the Stoney Creek head office team on quotes, proposals, and project execution
- Travel within Western Canada (~30%) to meet with clients, attend industry events, and conduct site assessments
This is a hunter-style role ideal for a motivated self-starter who thrives in a base + commission structure and enjoys building relationships with high-end commercial clients.
